- Our rates may vary day-by-day. Please select a period to see the exact price for your stay.
- Policy and notes
- Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
- The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
- Cancellation Policy
- All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
- Security deposit
- A pre-authorization of $300 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
Notes Due upon Reservation
- $300 Refundable Security/Damage deposit
- Plus 50% of the following:
- Room Rate
- 5% Administration Service Fee
- 14.45% MA Occupancy Tax
- $250 Cleaning Fee
- Remaining Balance Due 30 Days prior to arrival
Late Payment
- Late payments incur at $50.00/day non-refundable late payment fee and if not received within 3 days of the due date, the reservation is cancelled.
- The hostess in charge insures payment. We do not accept multiple payments from various guests/attendees.
