About The Home 

Outside Seagrass Haven on the Cove: 

The nature and riverfront wildlife sightings from this home are phenomenal.  Seagrass Haven has windows and sliding glass doors along the entire back of the home. The deck spans the entire width of the home with no obstructions.  Sit back and relax - bask in the incredible sights and sounds of the natural world that surrounds you.  Tidal creeks and inlets create a haven in the seagrass for observing amazing riverfront wildlife including great blue herons, osprey, white egrets, sandpipers, geese, and swans.  Watching the tide come in and recede provides an abundance of interest to the scenery in the cove. Observe activity on the river as boats travel to and from the marina, and people kayak and paddle board on the cove.  Spectacular sunsets over the river and salt marsh take you’re your breath away, and ever changing tides make you feel like you are part of a nature painting.  

Relax and delight in life’s simple pleasures like grilling and dining on the deck.  The spacious backyard is great for outdoor activities. Relax in a comfortable chair on the deck, read a good book and get some sunlight. Enjoy drinks and good conversation, while watching the sun set. Toast marshmallows in the fire pit and make s’mores, sit in a circle sipping your favorite drinks with your friends, family or group.

Inside Seagrass Haven on the Cove 

Seagrass Haven is roomy, comfortable, and full of natural light.  The living space is open concept.  There is a large, fully equipped kitchen.  The dining room and adjoining living room with a cathedral ceiling and fireplace.  Both rooms have sliding glass doors that access the back deck.  There are three bedrooms in the home that comfortably sleep 6-8 - all with sweeping water views.  

On the main floor, there is 1 full bath with a walk-in shower, and a laundry. The primary bedroom, known as the Egret Sanctuary, has 2 Queen beds, a sink and half bath, as well as a sliding glass door providing access to a semi-private sitting area that adjoins the back deck.  On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath with a tub shower.  The Osprey Nest has a private balcony and 2 Extra Long twin size beds that can be converted into a King sized bed.  The Owls Nest has a twin bed and a bunk bed, consisting of a

full-size bed with a twin bed above and a twin trundle bed below.  There is also a hallway with open views of the family room and a skylight offering views of the river and salt marsh. There is an oversized outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach or other outdoor activity.
